How will I be billed?


You'll be billed by direct debit each month. We'll send an email to the address registered on your account so you know when your bill is ready. If you have any upfront costs such as installation fees, these will appear on your first bill. If you have any questions about your bill, please contact us.

Will you increase your prices during my contract?


No, we don't believe that you should pay more during your contract so we commit to no increases during the contract term.
